Lottery of 168 Houses ‘Aksam' 05 August 2003

The lottery has been done to the 168 houses that are being built at Beyciler by IBC with the presence of the Public Notary. The handover of the keys to the earthquake victims will be by January 3 2004 . The housing project which is implemented by IBC following the 17 August earthquake will be finalized by end of the year. The Ex-Com of IBC Ugur Gungor said that they are proud to see the beneficiaries happy. Duzce mayor Ruhi Kurnaz stated that they have suffered al following the earthquake and added “No one can know what they are to face, I had a lot of dreams for Duzce that collapsed with the earthquake. The world has run to help us and today I wish we could have done 1680 houses instead of 168”
